In the Summer of 2009, Team Lemonade (Wyatt, Karson, Harmony & Haylea) started their first business venture with the help of Choice Bank. Their business, Best Choice Lemonade, truly has its roots in creating a positive impact for the Oshkosh community. In their first year open they raise over $500 and with matching from Choice Bank that came to over $1,000 raised for Habitat for Humanity. In the summer of 2010,they will continued to dedicate themselves to social responsibility by donating profits to D.A.R.E. of Oshkosh. In the Summer of 2011, the self proclaimed Team Lemonade of Wyatt, Karson, Harmony & Haylea handed over the reigns to a new group of young entrepreneurs to continue their business. The 2011 Team Lemonade consists of Jacob, Katie, Carter and Megan. In 2011 profits will be donated toward the Michael D. Wachtel Cancer Center at Mercy Medical Center right here in Oshkosh. The money will go towards treating local cancer patients. The lemonade stand are again inviting area children to join them in creating a better community.
